BBC's Ibiza Prom is the perfect '90s house music mix for the summer

If you’ve ever visited the Royal Albert Hall you’ll know it has no connection to Ibiza. Set in the heart of London, it plays host to The Proms annually — eight weeks of classical music concerts in a historic venue. Ibiza and the Royal Albert Hall are polar opposites, but on Wednesday night they merged together to pay homage to house music. The BBC convinced the Heritage Orchestra to play some Ibiza classics and the result is a stunning Ibiza Prom.

Worms WMD Announced For Xbox One and PC

Team17 has announced two new Worms titles which are set to be fully unveiled at Gamescom 2015.

Worms WMD will allow players to “use exciting new vehicles and enter buildings which add new strategic elements of gameplay to the traditional wormy warfare.” As of yet, the game has only been announced for Xbox One and PC with an “early 2016” release mentioned.

Worms 4, meanwhile, is described as the “definitive handheld Worms experience” and will feature an “enriched look and improved design for mobile.” The game will focus on “smaller landscapes, smaller teams, and shorter match length, making action packed battles easily doable whilst on the go.”

“Players will be able to take part in turn-based synchronous online multiplayer matches played out in real time, battle their way through 80 single player missions, collect over a hundred weapon upgrades and duel across 5 different themes,” Team17 explains.

Worms 4 will be available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch in August 2015.

Team17 also recently revealed it is partnering with Platyonic Games to publish Yooka-Laylee, the Kickstarter funded spiritual successor to Banjo-Kazooie. In addition to publishing, the company will assist with localisation, QA, marketing, certification and “other business matters.”

Google Glass will have a new snap-on design, says WSJ

Google is reportedly working on a new “Enterprise Edition” of its augmented reality Google Glass headset that has a few new hardware improvements. While 9to5Google originally revealed some details on the updated hardware earlier this month, The Wall Street Journal reports that the new version doesn’t have a wire-like frame. Aimed at businesses, the new Google Glass reportedly features a button-and-hinge system to attach it to different glasses.

Previous reports suggested that the new model is foldable like a normal pair of glasses, so it’s possible there could be slight variations or models. The new version is also said to be water resistant and more durable, which makes sense given its aim to be used by businesses in factories,…

Over one million people want to buy a OnePlus 2, maybe

It seems a lot of people are at least somewhat interested in buying a OnePlus 2. The new phone, an impressive yet inexpensive device from Chinese startup OnePlus, has prompted over a million people to register an invitation to buy it just 72 hours after the company started soliciting customers.

Of course, that’s very different from actually laying down money for the phone — even if you do get a lot for your $329 — and there’s no indication when invites will actually be sent out to these potential customers. Invites were scarce for the OnePlus One, so a lot of people are no doubt signing up as early as possible even if they’re not sure they want to buy the new device.

The OnePlus 2 is set to start shipping in August; hopefully OnePlus…

Meek Mill's Photoshop skills are worse than his diss track

Meek Mill just premiered his long-awaited Drake diss track, “Wanna Know,” on Hot 97. This is the cover that came with the track.

Is that Drake‘s face copy-pasted onto the body of a Milli Vanilli member? Is that the signature OVO owl turned into a spooky ghost? Do you think Meek has spent all of this time carefully cutting Drake‘s head out of a Drake photo using the lasso tool instead of writing a decent comeback? Forget the music: Meek’s taking a L on imagery alone.

Meek Mill finally responds to Drake with his own diss track, "Wanna Know"

Over a week after Meek Mill first called out Drake for allegedly having a ghostwriter, the Philly rapper has responded with his own diss record, “Wanna Know”. The track follows two records from Drake — “Charged Up” and “Back to Back Freestyle” — that put Meek’s back against the wall. Everyone expected a response from Meek Mill earlier this week on Hot 97 DJ Funkmaster Flex’s show that never transpired. Meek Mill and his team began dropping hints this afternoon that the track would finally be released tonight, and on Flex’s show no less. Now that Meek has responded, the biggest beef in hip hop is in full swing.

Drake will surely respond with his own record in the next few days, but Meek is in the game now, and this battle is just…
